Do you have a Return Policy?
We have a very simple return policy. If your Beverage Bandit® suffers from a malfunction within 30 days, we will replace it. The Beverage Bandit® is sewn and assembled by hand. We do our best to make this unique cup holder strong and durable, but errors do happen sometimes. Please feel free to contact us and let us know if you are having problems with your Bandit.

What size cups will the Bandit hold?
The "Solo Bandit" fits cups up to 3.5” wide with an inner lower step of 2.5" inches. The "Dual Bandit" fits two cups of the same size as the Solo Bandit. It is designed to be flexible to accommodate various shapes (travel mugs, cans, plastic tumblers, etc.)
How do I clean the "Fuzzy" Bandit?
The Fuzzy Bandit is best cleaned with a damp microfiber cloth and a lint roller.
How much does it weigh?
The Solo Bandit weighs approximately 2.5 lbs and the Dual Bandit weighs approximately 4.5 lbs when empty.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently don't offer international shipping. Due to the heavy nature of the product, international freight costs can be high. So, we focus on getting these directly to your door in the USA as soon as we can!
How does the weighted base work?
The Bandit’s base is filled with heavy granules. The weight keeps your beverage secure using gravity, ensuring your drink doesn't tip over during bumpy car rides, on a boat, on the couch, or in a tent!
Why is the bottom weighted?
The weight is what makes the Beverage Bandit® unique! Unlike standard cup holders that rely on friction, the weighted base provides stability and has a gripped bottom. This helps to prevent spills even if the surface is tilted (like a center console in a car).
Is the Beverage Bandit® dishwasher safe?
No. Please use a damp microfiber cloth or baby wipe to clean your Bandit. We know you will take your Beverage Bandit® on many wild adventures. So we designed the fabric to be flexible and durable, within reason.
Is it really handmade in the USA?
Yes! Every Bandit is sewn and stitched locally in Utah. Because they are handmade, you may notice slight variations in stitching or shape. Your Beverage Bandit® is unique and supports small business owners!
Why is shipping taking a few days?
Since we are a small business that makes everything in-house, each Bandit is made fresh for your order! This ensures the best quality but does mean shipping takes a bit longer than a big-box retailer. Generally, our Bandits ship within a day or two after the order is placed.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! Make sure to choose the correct shipping address when you check out.
