Returning the Beverage Bandit to its creators…

  • If for any reason you change your mind and no longer wish to own the Beverage Bandit®, you will be responsible for return shipping. Please ship it to the return address on the label it was originally shipped form. And if possible reuse the box it came in.

  • If your Beverage Bandit arrives broken or damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please take pictures of the damaged Bandit and let us know as soon as you can. :)

  • Yes, but only within 30 days. Please understand that we can’t possibly predict the kind of scenarios your Bandit will get into within a 30 day period. So, be gentle to your Bandit in those first 30 days!

  • Refunds will be issued within one business day of receiving the Bandit back.
