If you change your mind and no longer wish to own the Beverage Bandit, then you will be responsibly to pay for shipping the bandit back to us. Please ship it to the return address on the label it was originally shipped form. And if possible reuse the box it came in.

If your Beverage Bandit arrives to you broken or damaged, then we will gladly replace it. Please take pictures of the damage and let us know as soon as you can. :)

Yes, but only within 30 days. Please understand that we cant possibly predict the kind of scenarios your Bandit will get into with in a 30 day period. So be gentile to your Bandit in those first 30 days.

Refunds will happen within one day of receiving the Bandit back.
